About SharpArrow
Furthering medical care through technology
SharpArrow Medical innovates and develops laser-based medical devices and equipment. The company was created with the goal of advancing minimally invasive care by reducing the risk of error during surgeries. Since 2014, we have been working towards developing an advanced optical, fiber-guided laser system using proprietary sensor technologies that produces better results and provides a safer experience for our patients. Patient safety is our number one priority, and by incorporating our patented technology into the medical field, we are able to solve difficult problems in the healthcare world.
Our Objective
Our focus is to replace monopolar electrosurgical devices used in minimally invasive surgeries, especially in robotic ones. Preliminary tests show that we are in the right path to accomplish this goal.
Benefits of SharpArrow Medical
Unique Solution
Addresses unmet medical need for an alternative energy device to replace existing monopolar electrosurgical devices.
Utmost Protection
Protects medical staff and patients from electrosurgical device injuries such as tissue burns.
High Patient Satisfaction
Minimizes malpractice claims from monopolar injuries, lowering healthcare costs.
Diverse Applications
Broadens usage into cardiac and neurosurgical applications where monopolar devices currently are not utilized.
Compact Design
Benefits minimally invasive procedures such as robotic and laparoscopic surgeries which are performed in a confined surgical space.
Real-Time Feedback
Enables safe telesurgeries such as remote robotic surgeries by monitoring tissue conditions while using surgical lasers.
