HSSA Grant Writing Assistance Award Recipient SharpArrow Medical is on a roll! In the fall they won a MedTech Innovator #JLABS Award, & it was just announced that they have been selected to join the WTIA Founders Cohort. Congrats Jay Kim & team!

A pleasure to participate in this year’s MedTech Forum to announce the awardee of the MedTech Innovator Asia Pacific #JLABS Award. Please join us in congratulating and welcoming SharpArrow Medical and its CEO Jay Kim to the JLABS Shanghai family! SharpArrow is working on developing laser-based medical devices and equipment that can perform tissue cutting, ablating and sealing functions, and has been designed to supplant monopolar electrosurgical devices. We look forward to working with them with the goal to accelerate their solution.

Extending a big congratulations to SharpArrow, for being crowned as the winner of the JLABS Award!
When asked about how founder Jay Kim felt after winning the award, he stated, “Wonderful, we felt wonderful. Winning this award will be such a powerful ticket for us going foward to further grow and develop our company. It certainly is more than we ever expected.”
SharpArrow is a company that is designing a surgical laser to cut tissue without bleeding and tissue burn and as the JLABS Award Winner, they will be getting a one year residency at the JLABS facilities in Shanghai.
